Refund Policy

Scope

This policy covers the audio plugins you buy from our online store. Eurorack modules are sold through our dealers, and each dealer's own returns policy applies to them.

Try Before You Buy

Every paid plugin has a free demo, and Scope is free, so you can try a plugin in your own setup before you pay for it. Please do: your licence key is delivered the moment you pay, so we cannot refund a plugin just because it turned out not to be for you.

Your Right to Cancel

If you are a consumer in the UK or the EU, the law gives you 14 days to cancel a purchase, unless the digital content has already been supplied with your agreement.

At checkout you agree to receive the plugin immediately and acknowledge that you lose your right to cancel once it has been supplied. Your licence key is emailed to you the moment your payment goes through, so after that a change of mind is not a reason for a refund. If your licence key never reached you, contact us within 14 days and we will either deliver it or refund you.

If a Plugin Is Faulty

Your plugin must work as described, be of satisfactory quality and be fit for purpose. If it does not, contact us. We will first try to fix it, with an update or a replacement. If we cannot do that within a reasonable time and without significant inconvenience to you, you are entitled to a price reduction or a full refund.

These are your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 in the UK, and under the equivalent laws in the EU. Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights.

How to Ask for a Refund

Email us at info@apolloviewmodular.com with:

• your order confirmation or transaction ID;
• the email address you bought with;
• what went wrong, if the plugin is faulty.

A faulty plugin can be reported at any time. We aim to reply within 5 working days. You can also contact Paddle directly through the link in your receipt.

How Refunds Are Paid

Paddle (Paddle.com Market Limited) is our Merchant of Record: Paddle sells the plugin to you and processes refunds. A refund goes back to the payment method you used; how long it takes to arrive depends on your bank or card provider.

A full refund ends the licence for that purchase: it is removed from your account, and you must stop using the plugin.
